Gutter Clearance

Gutter clearance at KentECS is rarely one of those awkward access or costly jobs.
Guttering over a conservatory or extension? No problem, with our systems we can reach from bungalows to 7 story buildings, over obstacles or from a tight alleyway.

Our prices start from £40 on a terrace house front and back.

Reaching up to 7 stories high, with no ladder access/above conservatories we are a cost effective solution for the most most awkward/difficult requirements.

For property management or maintenance  companies/large sites we always assess individual requirements using our in-house drone & pilot, enabling pin point pricing as on occasion the issue may be something other than normal debris blocked gutters.

The pictures on the right, a simple maintenance booking for The Plough Beefeater was all that was required, Dan our operative made light work of the three story height over the one story hipped roofs.

The premier inn. Folkestone Rd. in dover was another issue.
Under the concrete tiles on the premier inn. had a thick build up of moss from years of neglect|(non-clearance) in the gutter channels, compounding this issue, bird excrement containing grass seeds found its way here, as Mother Nature intended, enjoying the fertile moss making what we call gutter snakes when the thick root systems develop like in the picture next to a size 10 boot.

If you look closely you can see our two operatives clearing the guttering above the steps next to the roundabout. This picture puts into perspective what we can do with our machines, even the double decker bus looks small in this drone photo taken at The Old Tannery in Canterbury, Kent.

This is an example of when gutters are left unmaintained of a town house in Folkestone, Kent. Left neglected the gutter filled with debris and grass giving footings for the same to happen in the valley causing water to overflow into the property followed by mould, rot and structural damage with the need for scaffolding and a costly repair bill for the home owner.
