We have followed the government HSE guidelines of :

• Identifying the hazards- Taking extra care to ensure the sanitisation process of cleaning the bins is compliant to all regulations and recommended methods to ensure the highest standards of safety.

• Assessing the risks- Preventing cross contamination of potential bacteria and viruses. Ensuring the protection and well being of the team and clients. If you suspect or have tested positive for Covid-19 and are self isolating please let us know as we will suspend bin cleaning until your household is given the all clear. Please make sure all gloves and tissues are bagged and placed in your normal refuse bag, if we see gloves in the bin we will only clean the outside.

• Controlling the risks- Providing appropriate P.P.E for the team including face shields. Using the highest quality cleaning detergents that are environmentally safe. Ensuring all equipment is throughly cleaned after each use to a high commercial standard of cleanliness. Disposing of the waste water adhering to industry regulations.

• Recording our findings- Any accidents or incidents recorded in the health and safety ​log book adhering to GDPR.

• Reviewing the controls- Keeping up to date with the government guidelines and regulations, Constantly reviewing our methods to ensure we operate in the best way possible to provide excellent service and keep our team and clients safe.
